Established for 9 years Cafe Source Too occupies the ground floor restaurant and the first floor Yill Hoose Bar at Hillhead Sports Club. Offering modern, fresh cooking with the emphasis on using the very best, fresh local produce in imaginative and innovative ways.

Philosophy

Our philosophy is very simple – to provide good food and good service in a relaxed location.

We take great pride in the fact that all of our dishes are freshly prepared in-house. We know that to produce good food, you need to start with good ingredients and we firmly believe that wherever possible, all our ingredients should be locally sourced and responsibly produced.

Combine this simple philosophy with an inviting, warm and relaxed family atmosphere and you have Cafe Source Too.



Paul Laurie

Owner & Chef

Paul grew up in Scotland and since the age of 16 has worked with an uncompromising devotion to his his craft. Trained in the classics at the Buttery, he won his first two Gold medals before continuing his training in some of the finest restaurants in Paris. He then went on to open his first restaurant the much acclaimed Cafe Source in 2000, then Cafe Source Too in 2011 and his most recent addition Nivens by Cafe Source, Strathbungo in 2018.
